Instructions on how to install the wireless printing client to print at UW Oshkosh. Click Mac Download. Choose where you would like to save the file eg. Downloads or Desktop. Click Save. The easiest way to configure your Wi-Fi device to access eduroam is to use our eduroam onboarding application.

The eduroam onboarding application leverages technology from SecureW2 that supports most common devices and will help ensure that your device is properly and securely configured for eduroam. Once this process has been completed, you will be able to access eduroam on campus, UW Medicine locations and around the world at any institution that supports eduroam.

To connect, first register your device by visiting the Manual device registration page. Once successfully registered, a unique password will be generated for the device to use with the UW MPSK network and provide access to the internet.

Once successfully authenticated, the device will automatically be registered with the UW network and provides access to the internet. Right-click the printer you want, and then select left-click Set as Default. Check and make sure all connections going to and coming from the printer are firmly in place.

Check that the printer is on-line: Start — Settings — Printers, right-click the printer. Using the control panel on the printer or the printer management program, print a test page. Turn off your printer for 10 seconds and turn it back on. Make a note of any error messages or flashing lights when the printer is turned back on.

If your printer is connected directly to another computer, try rebooting that computer. If your printer is connected to a JetDirect box, try unplugging the JetDirect box for 10 seconds. As a last resort, you can try uninstalling and then re-installing your printer. Enter your username and password , then click Next. Wait for the installer to finish. Select Finish. Go to our Mobility Print Installer website. Click Download. If prompted, select Allow to allow the download.
